The position of the child’s heel can be seen through the holes in the back of the shoe. Orthop. The shoes connect to the orthopedic brace holders (bar) (Mitchells, Dobbs) with the help of the Quick Clip system, which allows for easy attachment and removal. The inside of the shoe is made of thermal silicone that easily adapts to the foot. The exterior is made of the highest quality genuine leather. The foot firmly presses against the base to prevent chafing. Babies do not need an adjustment period and easily accept the Ponseti AFO. Please contact us for more information.

Orthopedic shoes should be worn with well-fitting socks to prevent ulcers or blisters.
Standard ankle foot orthosis for use with the Ponseti Method of clubfoot correction. Our patented system features a soft lining for comfort and compliance, and soft synthetic leather straps. The location of the heel can easily be seen through two holes in the back of the AFO and the footwear attaches to the Ponseti® Abduction Bar (sold separately), in accordance with the standard Ponseti bracing protocol.
